Zak and Ted did a fantastic job on installing a on-demand hot water system in my house. They also replaced two outside facets and the houses main water shutoff valve. They explained what would happen and the estimate for all three jobs. No surprises and everything looks great and works perfectly. I had a severely clogged kitchen sink drain that I had tried everything myself to unclog. Finally called in the big guns at Olympic Plumbing. They sent us Technician Steven Shoopman and he went way above and beyond to make certain we have a long lasting, trouble free drain. He ran the camera down several times afterwards to ensure he got a good fix. When he spotted remaining grease pockets he didn't call it good enough, he kept at it until it was fully cleared. I was extremely impressed by his tenacity and professionalism. Definitely got our money's worth....thank you Steven, well done!!

I had Robby J. come out and take a look at my spare bathroom valves and we had some issues finding a replacement valve at first but we did find one. Since I have an older home it’s been difficult repairing/replacing certain things which has been incredibly frustrating. But Robby was a big help on walking me through everything and even provided me with some financing options to lessen the blow which makes me incredibly happy that I have options. This actual physical installation of the system is great, the plumbing is clean and tidy and looks great. The problem is the system. It really hasn’t worked, or at least hasn’t worked like I expected. I get a maximum of 100 gallons of water before iron starts to appear in the water again. When I got the work done I was given three options, so I the middle priced option that was presented as a “good” option, but not then “best” or “Peace of Mind” as Olympic put it. Anyway, I had a tech come back out and they checked the controller setting and nothing seemed out of order. I am still having them problem, and yesterday 17 May, the system only gave me 60 gallons of water before iron/color came back into my water. I have another appointment today 18 May, and will continue to post updates. No one ever told me what kind of Iron is in my water, but I think the “Good” system option would still give me enough water to have hundreds of gallons. Right I have to regen every day, maybe twice because if our water needs. I hope they can come up with a solution.

Once he got to my home he apologized for the time it took to get back to me. He went straight to work. He had to snake out the sink three times. Finally got it cleared. He gave me suggestions to make clearing clogs better next time He was very polite and professional.

We had a full sewer replacement that required an entirely new trench dug, new pvc pipe and retro fitting of old pipes from the house. Jake came out to help us with a leaking bathtub. He was helpful and knowledgeable and very friendly. This was our first time having a “significant” plumbing problem and he a great job of helping us understand the problem and give us a path to fixing it. He helped the situation immensely by breaking down the issue and making sure we fully understood what was happening. He also helped connect us to a restoration company to address the moisture issues, citing the importance of solving this problem beyond just the scope of his work. Nick Garside was a wonderful tech. We had pump issues at our tiny home village and Nick came in handled it like a pro.

I called and was given a time slot of 3 - 7 pm even though everything was booked for the day. 10 minutes after I had called, I received a call from a technician and he said he was on his way and could be there in 10 minutes! Awesome! Two trucks pulled up and two technicians. We all got along great and had discussions outside of plumbing that were enjoyable. They assessed the main issue and did a full inspection of the plumbing inside and outside the house and poited out the things I needed to keep an eye on. My main issue was the outside hose bibs were leaking and were basically shot (35 years old.) Cheaper to replace than repair. They gave a quote, I signed, and they quickly got to work and completed the job in timely fashion. Thanks guys for your work and especially your friendliness and conversation!

Jake replaced the brand new water heater that stopped working the next day. He did a great job.

We had a pipe burst over the weekend. Olympic had other emergencies but made time for us. They were communicative, professional, and great to work with. Danny was friendly and gave great service.

We had Olympic Plumbing Technology come out and replace our old kitchen faucet with a new one that we supplied and the three angle stops. Morgan did a wonderful job; he was very professional and knowledgeable. There was a small pin hole leak in the short supply line pipe threads for one of the angle stops that was hard to stop. He ended up replacing the pipe at no extra charge. He finished the insulation and thoroughly cleaned up the area. Thanks, Morgan, for a job well done.

Danny was excellent. I actually ended up resolving my own problem right before he arrived. But, he was still willing to do a quick inspection of my work on my water heater and make sure it was truly resolved with no cost to me for their drive over / dispatch or inspection. Very personable, communicative of the ETA, and would be happy to work with them again if I ever needed to.

We called for a leak inspection and received same day appointment. We receIved notifications that our technician would be at our home soon with a name and picture id. Nick arrived on time and went over the home and inspected where we might have possible leak. We discussed issue found and nick sat down and explained how we might resolve the issue. He provided estimate and explained service and membership. Scheduled date and time for work to be completed. We highly recommend this company.

Nate was very helpful. We have old polybutylene PEX and the Shark Bite end cap did not stem the water flow after I installed. Nate suggested that I try and find an end cap with the polybutylene fitting. I tried every big box, plumbing supply store and hardware store I could think of - to no avail. Nate fixed it and we're good now.

We had a toilet leaking from our upstairs bathroom into our downstairs bathroom. Rafael did an excellent job explaining what was going on and fixing the leak. While he couldn't fix the rotting wood, he did refer us to a company that could. Later in the day we did receive a call from the other company which means he followed through on the referral! Rafael was very professional and thorough with his work. We even asked about a second potential leak that he looked at and we did find is a slow leak that will be fixed. I plan to use this company again in the future if we need any plumbing services.

Rafael is polite, very efficient, explains things clearly about the jobs, pricing, etc. He is conscientious, thorough and focused. He accomplished a good amount of work in a reasonable amount of time. He left each area clean. The company can be proud of this employee. He replaced piping inside a wall, the old connectors on work that was done wrong that caused a damaging leak, and replaced old valves under three sinks.

Two incredible plumbers Steve S. and Danny S tackled my job. They performed a very complex job involving my 85 year old "Cast Iron Stack". My LEAD PIPE from the STACK to the toilet developed holes from age and leaked. Danny with 47 years experience new how to proceed. He knew how to remove LEAD PIPING from the Joint at and inside the STACK, and then rebuilt the pipe in black 4" PVC up to my NEW toilet FLANGE. CARE >> They gave me the better silicone rubber insert into existing STACK joint (thank you) and also gave me the upgraded stainless toilet FLANGE (thank you). I needed this job done delicately and with experience so while digging out the old broken Lead pipe, that my existing STACK would not get damaged or cracked... yikes. We had a house water filter installed an our yearly water heater flush. Their technician Gaige did a great job and answered all my questions as they came up, even the ones that were unrelated to the specific job. He even taught me how to undo the faucet filter so I can clean it in the future. He was professional and polite.

DJ came by with an associate. They performed a 10-point inspection and checked out our sump pump. They didn't perform any work this go around but I really appreciated the way they communicated with us through the whole process, and they gave me really good information and suggestions for different ways to approach the situation. Would definitely call them again. EDIT: Just had another visit, this time from Corbin. Flooding nightmare... he was awesome.

Nick came to our home to check on our plumbing. We have had lots of little leaks here and there because our home is Older. Nick was personable, Professional, And made us feel good about all that we need to update in this old house.

We needed a broken water pump quickly replaced and selected Olympic Plumbing because they have a cool logo and someone immediately answered our call to get the service scheduled quicker than the other plumbers we called. Shortly after that service another part of our complex well water system failed so we called Olympic back to figure out a better way to pump water from the well 400 feet up the hill to our house. Nate brought in an engineering specialist to calculate the pump capacity needed to get the water up the hill. The math was correct but our existing pipe layout created unexpected negative pressure preventing water to get to the house. They then determined having a different tank would fix the problem and provide much cleaner water. Despite the numerous challenges, Nate and the team kept trying and found a solution, often working late at night and on weekends to make sure our water supply was available as much as possible. Throughout the process Olympic's communication about the status was great and despite all the challenges and trying different tanks and pumps, the total price was exactly what they quoted at the beginning. Wow. You don't often get Olympic Pumbing's level of customer commitment and service from many contractors. Thanks, Nate! We highly recommend- and they have a cool logo that made me smile whenever their vehicles were at our house.

Robby is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had a plumbing emergency and the company sent him within minutes to my house to assess and plan the repairs. He was also able to call a restoration company out immediately to assess the damage and plan repairs to the HVAC system which was affected by the flood. They will both start work first thing in the morning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Update to this, which I forgot to post last night. Robby arrived promptly at eight and had completed his job in a few hours. He solved the problem, made the repairs and was cleaned up and gone in a timely manner. Excellent service. Will definitely use again if the need should arise.

Gaige and Jake were wonderful to work with! They were so personable and explained everything in plain English so I could understand. They completed the work so quickly and our filter is working GREAT now! They even explained it to my 4 year old and 2 year old, they were so kind! If I need more work done, I really hope I get this team next time! (They installed a new whole home water filter, fixed our expansion tank on the hot water tank, fixed a kids toy stuck in the toilet, and rerouted and installed a water shut off inside the garage)

Olympic Plumbing Technology was the best! From the time I called (late Friday afternoon) to having a tech in my driveway was less than an hour! Our tech Steven was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, quick, polite! Not enough good things to say about these guys! Will absolutely use them again, and tell anyone who asks me to use them too!

Excellent service experience, Corbin made it all easy❤️ Corbin was calm and assured me that he would have hot water back on soon, and he lived up to his promise. Corbins communication was exemplary, I never felt I was out of the loop even tho I couldn’t be insight.! I got a text and a call letting me know about 25 minutes out, a call after he had figured out the issues, and another call when the reconstruction was done.
We were really happy, my tenants were thrilled to have hot water and Inwas thankful that Corbin made was really top notch and very skilled. Corbin Moe did a great job checking our leaking washing machine today, Feb. 19, 2026.. He found it was a leak on the seal of the front of the machine, not a water line leak. He then quickly checked our upstairs bathroom sink and cleared the clog of hair that was blocking the drain from working properly.

Our guest bathroom had slow draining shower/sink/toilet and was due to family visitors over a period of time; you know - things can go wrong in an older home and more use to the guest bathroom. We had Aaron C. to visit and help troubleshoot the problem. Aaron walked us through the steps to diagnose and then fix the issues with precision and knowledge. Nate and Morgan were amazing. Nate came out to bid the job first thing in the morning. I was given multiple options at varying price ranges. The new water heater was installed in the garage instead of inside the house like the old one, which required new plumbing. Nate was able to bid the job, get supplies, and do the entire install in the same day. I had 4 and 5 year old kids bugging them during the entire process. Nate and his helper Morgan were extremely friendly and patient with the kids. I will be recommending Nate and Olympic Plumbing Technology to everyone that I know.
